How we do it

Assess and Plan

We determine where your health stands by measuring key fitness markers, and we work with you to identify short- and long-term wellness goals. We use this information to create your strength and cardiovascular conditioning regimen.

Train

The first days of starting a new habit are hard. We help you embrace exercise as part of your routine, so you look forward to it! Our personalised sessions focus on mobility, strength and cardio.

Monitor

As you train, we monitor your progress to ensure that your metrics are moving in the right direction—recalibrating and resetting along the way. This is a fundamental practice in making meaningful progress.

Focussed and Engaged

All training sessions are either one- or two-on-one, engineered to keep you on track and motivated.

  • Our flagship programme is three months long, and covers physical exercise, nutrition counseling (diet and supplements) and best practices for sleep.   

    Fees: ₹66,000 (GST included)

    This tier includes: 

    • an assessment of where your health currently stands

    • analysis to determine the best course forward

    • development of a customised training programme

    • personal training sessions on every alternate day

    • unlimited access to cardio machines

    • access to Belong’s app, via which we monitor your progress

  • A six month long programme that covers physical exercise, nutrition counseling (diet and supplements) and best practices for sleep.  

    Fees: ₹1,18,000 (GST included)

    This tier includes: 

    • an assessment of where your health currently stands

    • analysis to determine the best course forward

    • development of a customised training programme

    • personal training sessions on every alternate day

    • unlimited access to cardio machines

    • access to Belong’s app, via which we monitor your progress

  • Training is better when you can do it with friends. Belong’s current group fitness programmes include:

    • strength training for beginners

    • strength training for runners

    • athletic training for ultimate frisbee players

    • training for hyrox athletes

    • training for postpartum recovery

    Fees: ₹7,080 per month (GST included)

    This tier includes: 

    • an assessment of where your health currently stands

    • unlimited access to cardio machines

    • access to Belong’s app, via which we monitor your progress
